Hat trick for Flavien Prat. Riding doubles for Juan Hernandez and Umberto Rispoli (turf routes). Richard Baltas saddled three winners, and his runners finished 1-2 in two races.
Santa Anita Stakes Recaps for 2-12-22
Sweet Life Stakes (G3): Ouraika (FR) stalked from an inner post, angled out, and was up late in a head victory over Urban. The latter stalked, led, and just missed under Prat. Kitty Kitana (GB) broke slow, rallied wide, was forced even wider in the lane, and was best of the rest in 3rd. Juan Hernandez rode the winner for Graham Motion, and she paid $11.40 as my best bet top choice.
The 20 cent Rainbow 6 pool was $196,490, and multiple tickets with six winners paid $505.42. The jackpot carryover stands at $546,280.
