#7 Centre Court Champ (9-2) was second (Primonetta Stakes) and fourth (OC-55k) in her last two sprints at Laurel. She won her last two local sprints and has a good overall record at Parx (20 8-6-2). Mychel Sanchez is 4-for-6 with Jamie Ness recently.
#6 Pleasant Embrace (4-1) chased the pace and weakened to 5th of 6 in the Rehoboth at Delaware on May 31. She wired the field in four straight prior to her last including a sharp local tally last fall. She is probably the one to catch.
#3 Bella Queen (6-1) romped at this course and distance as the favorite in February, and stretched out and landed the place in March. She competed at seven panels in her last three starts with a 6th, 2nd, and 6th. The 2-time local winner is back at her winning trip.
#2 Edge of Town (8-1) had her 5-race exacta streak end when finishing 8th of 11 as the beaten favorite on June 2. She might bounce back at a price.
