Horse Comments:
#5 Tiger of the Sea (3-1) made her first start since August 2024 at SA last month and she set the pace from the inside post and missed by a head and a neck in a show finish. She stalked, led, and was clearly second best in her 5T bow last summer and the show finisher was a next-out winner. She added lasix last time and removes blinkers and sports four works for this.
#1 Della Terra (9-5) chased the pace and landed the place in her first two SA starts earlier this year. She returned from a layoff of more than half a year and raced 3-wide from post 8 and finished an even 4th of 11 on Sept. 27. Umberto Rispoli stays put and dam has tossed a turf winner.
#6 Pavel’s Etoile (2-1) hit the board in five of seven starts. She returned from a layoff of 11 months and chased the pace and missed by a neck at 12-1 odds at 6T Sept. 27.
