DMR 8 (Del Mar Juvenile Fillies Turf, 8T) #2 Madone (3-1) rallied to win her local turf debut at this distance and she earned a decent late pace rating. Prat rides back and Callaghan has good stats with his second turf starters and with his recent grads trying winners for the first time.

DMR 9 (G1 Del Mar Debutante, 7f) #4 Princess Noor (8-5) was sharp throughout as the strong favorite in her local 5.5f bow for Baffert. They paid $1.35 million for this one and she is probably going to run faster second time out for Baffert.
