On the turf course, a front running favorite graduated at 5f, a closing favorite scored at one mile, a 7-2 front runner earned his diploma at 5f, and a midpack stalker upset the flat mile finale at 18-1 odds (rail at 30 feet).
Antonio Fresu and Flavien Prat both booted home a pair. Doug O’Neill saddled two winners.
