Comments: #2 J Dutton (3-1) battled on the pace and held the place at 19-1 odds in his DMR debut last fall. He added blinkers and lasix in a similar local sprint at 3-1 odds Jan. 7, and raced wide from the outside post and ended up an even 4th in the same race today’s favorite Two by Four exits. Hernandez is his new pilot and they paid an above average $97k for this gelded son of Smiling Tiger. #1 Two by Four (8-5) rallied to miss by a neck in his local dirt sprint bow Jan. 7, and the show finisher was a next-out winner. Prat stays put and he shows four local works since his debut. #7 Cody Boy (4-1) made plenty of changes last time. He added blinkers and lasix, dropped in class, and turned back and switched surfaces. He broke on top from the inside post and was clearly second best, and the show finisher was a next-out winner. He is back in the state bred MSW ranks and should attend the pace from the outside post under his new rider Fresu. #6 Known Idea (4-1) is a Goldencents first timer for Sadler and Berrios wins races with this outfit. He has been working at SA since last October and drilled from the gate three times.
