Wagers: Exacta box 4-5, Trifecta key 4/1-5-6, Trifecta 4/all/1-5
Comments: #4 Clements Ride (6-5) stretched out, broke slow, and rallied for the show Dec. 31, and stalked the pace and rallied through traffic to land the place as the favorite Jan. 27. He exceeded the winning par for this last time and profitable turf rider Berrios strings along. #5 Special Club (5-1) broke slow and rallied to miss the place and show by a neck and a head in his 5T bow last summer. He switched to dirt and rallied to miss by a neck second time out. He stretches out and returns to turf, and dam has produced a turf winner. #6 Travelin’ Show (3-1) set the pace and missed by a neck in a clear runner-up finish in a similar 6.5T affair Feb. 11. He stretches out and should be all over the pace. #1 Run Bryce Run (8-1) improved his speed ratings in all three starts. He had an uncomfortable trip from the inside post in the same race Clements Ride exits.
