The field for the 2024 Preakness Stakes was drawn on Monday, May 13. Nine horses entered the race, but morning line favorite spiked a fever and Muth scratched, and that leaves a field of eight including Kentucky Derby hero Mystik Dan. The 149th Preakness will be run at Pimlico Race Course on Saturday, May 18.
