#4 So There She Was (7-2) rallied to finish a clear second in her Santa Anita debut at 4 1/2 furlongs on May 10. Antonio Fresu stays put and he wins races with Doug O’Neill, and she could easily earn her diploma in this stakes race.
#6 Vodka With a Twist (3-1) earned the top number in the field in a wire-to-wire maiden win in the slop on May 17. She sports two bullets for this and should be forwardly placed under her new rider Flavien Prat.
#5 Adeera (5-2) took money, dueled, and kicked clear in her local bow on May 31. Steve Asmussen’s $300k Authentic filly should be all over the pace under Cristian Torres.
#1 Glee (4-1) dueled and graduated by 5 1/2 lengths in her Lone Star debut in the slop on May 12, and the clear runner-up was a next-out winner. I was a fan of her sire Honor A. P. and she should impact the pace from the inside post under Joel Rosario.
