#6 All That Glory (6-1) shipped from California and promptly scored for his new trainer Dallas Barton in a local allowance dirt sprint last time. He stalked, scored, and earned the best last-race number in that Nov. 4 affair at 5-1 odds, and he might offer wagering value once again.
#3 American Outlaw (5-1) looked good winning a local NW3L allowance dirt sprint as the favorite Nov. 4. He might maintain sharp form in his third start after a layoff.
#4 Dean’s List (9-5) hit the board in his last four dirt sprints and two of those were stakes races. He owns early-pressing versatility and is a logical win contender, but has has not visited the winner’s circle since March 2023.
#1 Competitive Idea (3-1) is a 7-year-old gelding with a strong local record (13 5-5-2). He has struck twice at this distance and competed in the stakes ranks in 5 of his last 6 starts.
#8 Loco Luna (8-1) turned back and landed the place in a local $20k dirt sprint Nov. 19 and the show finisher was a next-out winner. The competent sprinter projects an outside stalking trip.
