Horse Comments:
#7 Hidden Ransom (9-2) was a disappointing 4th of 6 as the beaten favorite at one mile in the slop when last seen October 2024. He owns running style versatility and finished 1-2 in his first four dirt sprints. His high percentage trainer is strong with this of layoff runner, and he adds blinkers.
#1 Kickstart (3-1) improved his speed ratings in all three starts. He added lasix and graduated in the slop Feb. 27 and the runner-up was a next-out winner. He figures to save ground stalking the pace.
#4 Bigpiclittlepic (5-1) turns back in his third start after a layoff. The sophomore gelding was part of the trifecta in five of six starts.
#3 Little Shance (5-2) dueled and weakened as a 19-1 longshot in his MSW bow at TAM Feb. 9. He was the favorite in a state bred sprint in the slop at MVR March 20 and he made the lead from the inside post and romped by 7 1/2 lengths.
