#6 Our Bucky Charm (9-5) ran twice on turf. He stalked and scored from post 11 at 6.5T May 2024, and dueled, led, and held the place at 6T May 17. Kazushi Kimura knows him now and he should attend the pace from the outside post in his second start after a short layoff.
#4 Agency (8-5) landed the place in his last two starts at this course and distance, and he was 5+ clear of the show finisher as the beaten 1-2 favorite May 16. He drilled a half-mile bullet for this June 5.
#3 Yogi Boy (9-2) graduated at this course/distance in 2023, missed all of 2024, and showed up in the Mike Puype barn this year. He chased, led, and missed by a neck at 6T Jan. 25, and stalked and scored at 6T March 22. He rallied to miss by a neck as the beaten favorite May 4. This is his third start after a layoff and his winning rider Hector Berrios strings along.
#2 Western Avenue (15-1) dropped into a $25k claimer, turned back, and wired the field as the 1-2 favorite May 16, and George Papaprodromou claimed him that day. He returned to turf and stalked, led, and weakened to 4th of 6 in a $30k/3L affair June 1. He graduated in a local turf sprint and should be all over the pace under his winning rider Asa Espinoza.
