Horse Comments:
#1 Quiet Appeal (3-1) stalked, led, and was clearly second best at this course/distance Oct. 6 and he exceeded the winning par for this. The 1-for-10 sophomore gelding has finished second on four occasions and he completed the trifecta twice. He hit the board in both starts since moving to the Erin McClellan barn and this is his third start off a short layoff.
#4 Reelin N Dealin (9-5) is 1-for-15 with five runner-up finishes and two show finishes at PRX. He hit the board in his last two sprints and this is his winning distance.
#6 Lex (4-1) battled on the pace and missed by a neck in a local 6f sprint Oct. 27 and Reelin N Dealin was third. He puts blinkers back on and should impact the pace from the outside post.
#5 Centaur Central (5-2) finally picked up his first win in his 15th career start on Nov. 1. In that local Mcl-40k affair at 6f, he dueled and prevailed by a neck in a game effort. The early-pressing colt should make his presence felt from the outset.
