#6 Ashima (9-5) exits a rallying show finish in the Sunshine F&M Turf. She is 7-for-11 on all-weather ground and Thursday’s pilot Irad Ortiz, Jr. guided her home as the favorite at Churchill in November.
#3 Oshala (9-2) was 6th of 9 as a 33-1 longshot at a mile and an eighth last time. She tallied at this course and distance under David Egan in December.
#7 Show Off (5-1) finished in the top three in six of eight all-weather attempts at Gulfstream. She hit the board the last three times Joe Bravo was aboard and a stalking trip is expected.
#2 I Love Venezuela (3-1) is 4-for-5 with a runner-up finish at this distance. She will either set the pace or press the speed horse on the rail.
