Check out my Wednesday (5-21-25) Presque Isle Downs Race 7 analysis below.

PID 7 (OC-40k/2x, 3&up, 5.5f all-weather) – Post Time  6:12 PM ET
Primary – #2 DIAMOND DUST, #4 Impacto
Secondary – #6 Goodie Goomer, #7 Spirited Sol

Horse Comments:

#2 Diamond Dust (9-2) ran last of 13 in an Ohio-bred dirt sprint stakes race when last seen October 2024. The 9-year-old gelding is 8-for-18 with six runner-up finishes at Presque Isle. He should be right up on the pace.

#4 Impacto (5-2) is a 6-year-old gelding is 10-for-19 on fast dirt and this is his first start on all-weather ground. He earned an above par number in a victory at Tampa Bay on April 27. He figures to win this race if he handles the footing.

#6 Goodie Goomer (3-1) makes his first start in half a year. The 7-time local winner turns back and reconnects with his winning rider Angel Stanley.

#7 Spirited Sol (4-1) has not been seen since landing the show in a similar local sprint September 2024. He has a good overall record at Presque Isle and barn shows a profit with this type of layoff runner.

Wagers:
