#4 Shadow Factor (2-1) was part of the trifecta in his last nine starts (2 sprint wins). He stretched out and rallied to miss by a half-length in a PA-bred turf route stakes race at Penn National on Aug. 29. He handles this oval (7 2-2-1) and Ron Potts is 29% with horses moving from turf to synthetic.
#5 Uncle Truly (7-5) stalked from the inside post and missed by a head as the beaten favorite at this course/distance Sept. 3. He won a local route in July and Antonio Gallardo is 3-for-9 with Juan Arriagada recently.
#1 Recycle (4-1) exits a wire-to-wire win in a claiming turf route at Mountaineer on Sept. 7. He sports a pair of local wins and should be forwardly placed from the inside post.
