Horse Comments:
#1 Roadtriptonowhere (7-2) stalked the pace and completed the exacta in his last two starts at this course, distance, and level. He was a dozen lengths clear of the show finisher on March 20 and Frankie Pennington stays put. He figures to save ground chasing the pace.
#6 Time to Cruise (9-2) battled on the pace and missed by a head at this course and distance in the PA-bred optional-claiming ranks on March 8. Angel Rodriguez stays put and he has been winning races with Jamie Ness recently. The 3-time local winner should attend the pace.
#8 Tough Tickets (3-1) makes his first start in more than five months. He fired trifecta shots in seven of his last eight starts, and he should attend the pace from the outside post. He is 0-for-7 at Parx.
#3 Simovitch (4-1) likes to mix it up from the outset and can be dangerous when he makes the early lead. He was best of the rest in third in a local $40k claimer as the beaten favorite on March 20, and is entered for the $35k tag in this event.
#7 Rich’s Way (8-1) likes to sit back early and make a run in the stretch. He can get a piece of the purse if the pace is honest.
