#6 Duvet Day (5-2) ran well in all three local turf starts at this distance. She won the Astra Stakes last year and missed by a neck in this event. She returned with a show finish in the Astra on Jan. 21, and stalked the pace and ran a flat race in the Santa Ana (G3) at 1 1/4 miles on Feb. 24. Michael McCarthy’s mare reconnects with Juan Hernandez and she will try to get involved from off the pace.
#7 Musical Rhapsody (8-5) won at this distance on all-weather ground in Ireland last year, and followed that up with a 1 1/4 miles score at Leopardstown. She shipped to this country last summer and completed the exacta in a pair of turf route stakes races (G3 Red Carpet, Astra). She was 5th in the Santa Ana (G3) at a mile and a quarter on Feb. 24, and added lasix, dropped into an OC-50k/1x affair, and rallied for the win at 10T on April 4. Mike Smith rides her well and she figures to stalk slow fractions.
#1 Illhaveanotherkiss (6-1) should be loose on the lead from the inside post. She stretched back out, set a fast pace, and just lasted at one mile on April 26. The pace should be more controlled in this marathon and she will take them as far as she can under Edwin Maldonado.

#8 Party With Paddy (9-5) completed the exacta in three of five special weight starts. He fired in back-to-back starts in January, stubbed his toe twice in March, and rebounded with a clear place finish on April 21.
#5 Unbridled Rhythm (2-1) was fourth in his bow, finished second or third in his next four starts, and ended up fourth in the same race Party With Paddy exits. He should be in the mix.
