Check out my Monday (6-10-24) Prairie Meadows Race 6 analysis below.

Prairie Meadows Race 6 (MSW, one mile dirt) – Post Time 7:15pm EDT
Primary – #2 I GOT A GUY, #4 Okie Clipper
Secondary – #6 Max’s Map, #1 Irish Ransom

Horse Comments:

#2 I Got a Guy (5-1) hit the board in a trio of flat mile maiden claiming races at Santa Anita late last year and earlier this year. He moved to the Timothy Martin barn and finished fourth in a dirt sprint in the slop at Oaklawn on April 28. He stretched back out, stalked from an inner post, and was clearly second best in a similar local route on May 26. It looks like he might be able to duplicate his last trip and Alex Birzer got to know him last time and wins races with this outfit.

#4 Okie Clipper (2-1) tries a route of ground for the first time and might be the speed of the race. He is bred to go this far.

#6 Max’s Map (5-2) took some money and disappointed in both tries for Brad Cox. He moves to a different circuit for his new trainer Kelly Von Hemel, and I would not be surprised if he jumped up and ran a competitive race.

#1 Irish Ransom (9-2) is also a new addition to the Kelly Von Hemel barn. He exits an improved show finish on turf and should save all the ground from the rail.

Wagers:
