Check out my Thursday (3-13-25) Gulfstream Park Race 8 analysis below.
GP 8 (Alw-97k, 3-year-olds, 1 1/8 miles all-weather) – Post Time 4:30 PM ET
Primary – #6 BAKERS STREET, #7 Hello Hello Hello
Secondary – #5 Attack, #3 English Law
Horse Comments:
#6 Bakers Street (8-1) owns an ascending numbers pattern. He moved to all-weather ground and missed by a half-length second time out, and set the pace and graduated by a head in a turf route Feb. 8 (blinkers on). He chased fast fractions and ended up 6th of 10 in the Colonel Liam at 8T March 1. Antonio Sano shows a profit with horses moving from turf to all-weather, and Tyler Gaffalione is 1-for-4 with this outfit.
#7 Hello Hello Hello (5-2) missed by a neck as the beaten favorite in a local all-weather route Feb. 2 and she was demoted to third through disqualification. She won a pair of local synthetic routes last year and might show a bit more in her third start after a layoff.
#5 Attack (4-1) will try to pass them all for Dylan Davis and Mark Casse. He went last-to-first in his all-weather route maiden win at Woodbine last November. He probably needed his local turf route return Feb. 9 and he drilled a bullet for this March 7.
#3 English Law (8-1) broke his maiden in a local turf route late last year, and added lasix and was second best in a turf route at Tampa Bay Feb. 2. Mark Casse has good stats with horses moving from turf to synthetic.
