#11 Double Your Money (5-2) finished in the top three in all thirteen starts last year (13 5-7-1). The versatile gelding exits a neck defeat at AQU and he was part of the exacta in each of his nine local attempts (9 3-6-0).
#1 Sunday Spirit (10-1) exits a show finish in a local dirt sprint. The 4-time local winner stretches back out and he fired trifecta shots in all eight starts at this trip (8 3-4-1).
#4 Sturdy (8-1) rallied wide and finished a clear second as the favorite in a similar local route in November. The 1-for-11 gelding might be best used underneath.
#9 Hope’s Alive (5-1) exits back-to-back wire jobs in dirt routes at Penn National. This is his first local attempt and he might be the one to catch.
