Horse Comments:
#6 Proctor Street (7-2) rallied to win her first two turf routes last year, and chased from an outer post, led, and finished 5th of 9 (beaten 2.25 lengths) in the Winter Memories (September 2024). She returned from a layoff of 9+ months and rallied for the place behind next-out winner Vive Veuve, and switched to Irad Ortiz, Jr. and rallied to win by 2 lengths on July 24. She is faster this year and might be able to make it two straight wins.
#5 Dynamic Pricing (9-5) was third in the G3 Lake Placid and Winter Memories last year, and started 2025 with a victory in the G3 Beaugay. She struck again in the G1 Just a Game and exits a show finish in the G1 Diana. She is a logical contender for Chad Brown.
#7 Les Reys (8-1) beat Dynamic Pricing in the Winter Memories last year and was fourth by a length in her needed local return in the De La Rose. Her winning rider Joel Rosario stays put and she might go better in her second start of the year.
#3 Vino Rouge (20-1) was part of the trifecta in her last five turf routes. She added blinkers and landed the place in her first start of the year March 22, and stalked, led, and finished third on May 25. She removed blinkers and finished a head behind next-out Yaddo winner Awesome Czech on July 4, and this filly picked up a local allowance turf route win on Aug. 3. She should attend the pace under her new rider Manny Franco.
