#8 Wildfire Princess (5-1) stretched out, set the pace, and was second best in a similar 8T affair at SA Sept. 26, and she pressed and weakened to 5th of 8 in a Mcl-62.5k turf route Oct. 26. She reunites with Umberto Rispoli and owns competitive numbers.
#7 Paarl (4-1) stretches back out in her second start off a layoff and this is her second attempt at the $50k level. Antonio Fresu takes the call and she might work out the right tactical trip.
#10 Blame Eve (8-1) dropped into a Mcl-62.5k affair and finished 6th of 8 at 9T Oct. 26. She is getting faster for Leonard Powell.
#4 Gathered (7-2) added blinkers, set a fast pace, and weakened to 7th of 8 in a MSW turf route Oct. 24 (53-1 longshot). Michael McCarthy is 26% with this type of maiden class dropper and she might go better in this easier spot.
#1 Winika (5-1) was 15-1 in her Mcl-32k dirt sprint bow at TAM and she was 7th of 9. Jeff Mullins has her now and Hector Berrios takes the call, and she adds lasix and tries a turf route.
