Fast main track and firm turf course. Two front running winners on dirt (5.5f, 8f). On the turf course, the opener was declared a no contest due to a loose horse, a last-to-first closer scored at 8f, a dueling front running favorite scored at one mile, a 3-1 presser tallied at 6f, and a midpack stalking favorite earned his diploma in the flat mile finale (rail at 20 feet).

Four wins for Emisael Jaramillo (3 turf routes). Jeff Mullins saddled two turf winners.

The $2 Pick 6 carryover pool was $1,162,766 and tickets with six winners paid $6,716.40. The 5 out of 6 consolation prize was $86.40.

Fast main track and firm turf course. Two front running sprint winners on dirt (6f, 5.5f). On the turf course, a stalking favorite won the 8f opener, an 8-1 presser tallied at one mile, a 5-2 front runner graduated at 6f, stalking favorite Thought Process captured the Buena Vista (G2) at one mile, and an 8-1 front runner earned her diploma in the flat mile finale.

Grade 2 Buena Vista (8T): Thought Process ($4.60) was best as the favorite. She stalked from the inside post and won by 2 lengths over my value top choice Vibez. The latter closed from the outside post and edged front runner Grand Slam Smile for the place by a neck. The top three were clear of My Perfect Wave, Princesa Moche, and Watchtower (eased, walked off). Hector Berrios rode the winner for Phil D’Amato and this was her first start since August 2025. Fractions: 23.35, 46.85, 1:10.87, 1:22.46, 1:34.20.

The $2 Pick 6 pool was $80,920 and tickets with six winners paid $1,729.20. The 5 out of 6 consolation prize was $37.20.

On the turf course, a stalking favorite won the 8f opener, a 3-2 stalker scored at 6f, a 1.80-1 stalker tallied at 6.5f, a closing favorite graduated at one mile, and a last-to-first closer captured the flat mile finale at 7-2 odds (rail at 30 feet).

Riding doubles for Emisael Jaramillo (turf routes) and Kazushi Kimura (routes). Mark Glatt saddled two turf winners. Michael McCarthy saddled two route winners and Kimura rode both.   

The $2 Pick 6 pool was $85,361 and there were no tickets with six winners. The 5 out of 6 consolation prize was $1,395.80. There will be a Pick 6 carryover of $45,603 when live racing resumes on Friday, March 6.
