Antonio Fresu (dirt sprints) and Emisael Jaramillo (sprints) both booted home a pair. Doug O’Neill saddled two winners.

Grade 3 Wilshire (8T): Rashmi ($2.80) won this race as expected. Making her first start since March 2025, she grabbed an easy lead, opened up in the stretch, and was much the best by 2 3/4 lengths. Miss Artois rallied for the place and Antifona (FR) was along for the show. Hannah Buckle (IRE) and Walk’n the Beach also ran. Kazushi Kimura rode the winner for Jonathan Thomas. Fractions: 23.53, 47.73, 1:11.36, 1:22.86, 1:34.73.

On the turf course, a 5-2 stalker graduated in the 9f opener, a 6-1 closer went last-to-first at one mile, an 18-1 stalker tallied at 9f, a 3-1 front runner scored at one mile, and a 6-1 closer went last-to-first in the 9f finale (rail at 20 feet).

Grade 3 San Carlos (7f): Cornucopian ($2.60) made short work of this crew. He tracked outside, bid for the lead in the stretch, and kicked clear to score by a comfortable 2 3/4 lengths for Juan Hernandez and Bob Baffert (98 BSF). Listenupshance chased the pace and was clearly second best, and Bartholdy set the pace from the inside post and held the show. Subsanador (ARG), making his first start since September 2024, ran on to finish a clear third in a respectable comeback at a distance too short for him. Judge Miller (5th) and Getaway Car (6th) also ran. Stronghold scratched. Fractions: 22.16, 44.03, 1:07.93, 1:20.71.
