Check out my Tuesday (4-21-26) Horseshoe Indy Race 4 analysis below.
IND 4 (MSW-43.5k, 3yo fillies, 8f dirt) – Post Time 3:43 PM ET
Primary – #8 QUALITY VIEW
Secondary – #6 Romper, #5 Black Rose, #4 Tarzana
Horse Comments:
#8 Quality View (3-1) exits back-to-back clear runner-up finishes in one mile special weight events on the all-weather track at Turfway. She improved her speed ratings in all three times and can take this with a slight forward move.
#6 Romper (9-2) dropped from MSW to Mcl-50k, stretched out, and stalked from the inside post and landed the place at one mile on synthetic ground March 27. Eoin Harty is a profitable 35% with his second route starters.
#5 Black Rose (4-1) hit the board in three of five starts on different surfaces. She finished third as the beaten favorite at Turfway March 12 (Mcl-30k, first lasix) and Cipriano Contreras is her new trainer. Emmanuel Esquivel wins races with this barn and she will probably attend the pace. She sports two local works for this.
#4 Tarzana (2-1) was 9-2 in her flat mile turf bow at Fair Grounds and she broke slow from the outside post and finished up the track. Brad Cox is 29% with second timers and she fired a local half-mile bullet for this April 8.
