Check out my Monday (9-14-26) Parx Racing Race 8 analysis below.

PRX 8 (OC-50k, 3&up, 6.5f) – Post Time 3:49 PM ET
Primary – #3 DURATION, #1 Souper Tuscan
Secondary – #4 Charbonnay, #7 Big Boys Answer

Horse Comments:

#3 Duration (9-2) turned back, stalked wide, and was beaten 10 lengths as the favorite at this course/distance June 2. That was his first below par effort at Parx (4 2-1-0 local record). He captured his other two local starts at 6.5f and should be right up on the pace foe a productive jockey-trainer team.

#1 Souper Tuscan (2-1) won five of his last nine starts. He won an extended sprint at TAM in April and captured a $100k stakes race at 6f in Texas on May 25. He was beaten 10 lengths in the Iowa Sprint last time. His new rider Paco Lopez is 5-for-10 with Saffie Joseph Jr. and he should be forwardly placed from the inside post. He sports four works at Saratoga since his last outing and is entered for the $50k tag.

#4 Charbonnay (5-1) stalked and scored in his last two dirt sprints including a local $40k claiming victory at 6f Aug. 25. He is 4-for-7 at 6.5f.

#7 Big Boys Answer (10-1) earned a decent number in a clear local PA-bred $16k win at this distance on July 18 and he was claimed that day. He exits a clear show finish at Penn National on July 31 (OC-40k dirt route). The 8-time local winner enjoys this distance (8 4-2-1).
