Horse Comments:
#2 Enjoy the Music (7-2) was part of the exacta in seven of his last ten starts. The 8-year-old gelding has a good overall record at this course and distance, and he might go a bit better in his second start after the claim for a productive jockey-trainer team.
#4 Real Naughty (8-5) exits a flat mile wire job in the mud at Thistledown. He went all the way in an all-weather event at 6 1/2 panels in March, and he was part of the exacta in eight of ten starts at this distance (4 wins).
#7 Thalberg (5-2) finished in the top three in eight of ten starts and I like his chances underneath. He has not won a race since taking a local route last August, and he is 1-for-7 with five minor placings at this trip.
#5 Oscarsson (5-1) dropped into a local $6250k sprint July 28 and he pressed and won comfortably. He captured four of his last nine starts and should make his presence felt from the outset.
