#3 Doncic (9-2) finished 1-2 in 10 of 17 local turf starts (7 runner-up finishes) and he has won at this distance before. Juan Hernandez stays put and he is 2-for-5 with Vladimir Cerin recently (all 5 finished in Top 3).
#2 Central Dispatch (7-2) made his first start since December 2024 in a local 6.5T affair Jan. 15 and he pressed from second and weakened to 6th of 7 (beaten 4.25 lengths) for Sadler and he reunites with his winning maiden rider Hector Berrios. He won two turf sprints in 2024 including a local 6.5T affair.
#1 Tigerhon (5-1) exits a show finish in a local $50k affair at 6.5T, and he is 0-for-7 with three runner-up finishes and two show finishes. Emisael Jaramillo got to know him last time and he finished second or third in 7 of his last 10 starts. I like his chances underneath.
#11 Harcyn (8-1) was part of the trifecta in 5 of 6 turf starts. He rallied to win a $25k claimer at 5T in November and the claim was voided. He was right back at the $25k level Jan. 16 and he stalked from the outside post and landed the place behind front running winner Code Duello. His winning rider Mirco Demuro stays put and he is a profitable 16% turf pilot.
