Horse Comments:
#6 Rugelach (9-5) has not won a race since September 2024. She set the pace and landed the place at 8T August 2025 and the claim was voided. She disappeared for 3+ months and resurfaced at Gulfstream (November 2025), and she stalked the pace and missed by a neck in a clear runner-up finish. Last time, she made the running and missed by a half-length in the Sunshine Filly & Mare Turf in January, and the show finisher was a next-out winner. She picks up leading rider Samuel Marin and might be the controlling speed.
#9 Accent (2-1) was 7-2 in her local flat mile bow (April 2025), and she rallied to beat a next-out winner by a neck. She was off for 9+ months and picked up where she left off in another late running win at this course and distance. Samy Camacho stays put and he is 46% with Chad Brown. The lightly raced filly should be running in the stretch.
#7 Make the Boys Wink (5-1) is now conditioned by Saffie Joseph, Jr. and he is a profitable 30% with new additions to his barn. The late running mare is 0-for-7 with five minor awards at this distance.
