#4 High Dollar Date (5-1) captured six of her last ten starts. The early-pressing mare got back on the beam in a local flat mile optional-claiming race Nov. 24. There is not much pace in the paper race and she should make her presence felt from the outset.
#8 Princesstapiture (9-5) pressed and faded as a 65-1 outsider in a flat mile optional-claiming event at Churchill Nov. 16. I will just draw a line through that race. Prior to her Kentucky misadventure, she wired the field in four of five local starts. She is going to be tough to overhaul if she is able to shake loose early.
#2 Danseur d’Or (7-5) was part of the trifecta in her last seven starts and she won four of those races. The late runner likes this oval and can win this at low odds if the race shape is in her favor.
