Check out my Monday (2-17-25) Santa Anita Park Race 4 analysis below.

SA 4 (SOC-50k, 6T) – Post Time 5:05 PM ET
Primary – #7 PRIME AND READY, #6 Spotted Haze
Secondary – #4 Liquid Spirit

Horse Comments:

#7 Prime and Ready (8-5) added lasix, returned to turf, and stalked and graduated as the favorite at this course/distance Jan. 17. Flavien Prat stays put and he has been clicking with Richard Baltas recently, and she drilled a 5f bullet for this Feb. 10.

#6 Spotted Haze (9-5) was 40 cents on the dollar in her local dirt sprint bow Jan. 23 and she made the lead and widened to win by 6 lengths. Stanford is a decent turf sire and Jeff Mullins shows a profit with his dirt/turf starters. Juan Hernandez sticks and he is 5-for-9 with this barn.

#4 Liquid Spirit (5-1) dueled and edged clear in her CA-bred Mcl-50k dirt sprint bow at LRC at 5-1 odds Dec. 6. She added lasix in a local $25k claiming dirt sprint Jan. 20, and she stalked from the outside post and landed the place at 5-2 odds. George Papaprodromou is a profitable 28% first after the claim.
