I had a profitable Belmont Stakes Festival with my full card top choices. They ran a total of 47 races during the 4-day Belmont Festival at Saratoga (June 6-9), and I gave out 18 top choice winners (3 on Thursday, 4 on Friday, 4 on Saturday, 7 on Sunday). Total amount bet based on $2 wagers was $94, and $108.50 returned for a $2.30 ROI.
The complete full card success was satisfying, but I missed the one race everyone wanted me to hit. I am talking about the Belmont Stakes of course, and my top choice Sierra Leone finished third and my second choice Mindframe landed the place. Dornoch was not one of my contenders. Close but no cigar was the name of the game in the 2024 Triple Crown Series. My Derby top choice Sierra Leone missed by a nose.
