Horse Comments:
#1 Ashley (5-2) turned back and landed the place in her last two turf sprints. John Shirreffs is sending out live runners at DMR and she projects an inside stalking trip under Hector Berrios.
#2 Girvin Gal (8-1) rallied for the show in her local 5T bow, and pressed from post 12 and weakened to 5th at this course/distance Sept. 8. Umberto Rispoli takes the call and he is a quality turf pilot.
#6 Cyprus Moon (6-1) set the pace in all four starts. In her first three local outings at 5T, she was second in her bow and third in her second two starts. She weakened to 5th at 6T last time and this shorter trip helps.
#8 Glamora (2-1) was 2nd of 14 in an extended turf sprint in Ireland July 2023, and was 4th of 20 Aug. 20. She returned from a long layoff and rallied for the show from the inside post at 6.5T May 27. Antonio Fresu wins races with this barn and she sports four works for this. The late running filly probably wants more ground.
#4 Vegas Condo (8-1) earned an improved number when finishing 4th of 5 March 16 and winner Show Card captured three starts since (2 stakes wins). She drilled a half-mile bullet for this Nov. 1.
