Horse Comments:
#2 Sbagliato (5-2) dropped into a restricted $25k/2L turf route Oct. 11 and he stalked and scored by a neck. He was the favorite in a $30k/3L turf route at SA Oct. 26 and he rallied to miss by a neck. His winning rider Umberto Rispoli strings along and he should be in the mix in his third start after a layoff.
#5 Mega Moon (4-1) finished in the top three in 7 of his last 10 starts. He finished 1-2 in 4 of 5 local turf tries and is 0-for-7 with four minor awards at this distance. He exits a runner-up finish in a similar local turf route.
#3 Thirty Four Coupe (9-2) chased from the inside post and finished 7th of 8 at 6.5T Oct. 27, and that was his first start in 9+ months. Steve Miyadi is sending out live runners at DMR and he has good stats second after the claim. He is back in a preferred turf route and should be forwardly placed under Tiago Pereira (2-for-3 w/Miyadi).
#7 Dr. Soulfire (5-1) finished 6th of 10 (beaten 3 3/4 lengths) from the outside post Nov. 10. He stretches out in his second start after the Phil D’Amato claim and Kazushi Kimura is 2-for-9 with this outfit recently.
#6 Flint Stroll (12-1) is 0-for-7 with four show finishes at DMR. He is in the mix for a minor placing.
