Horse Comments:
#7 G T Five Hundred (2-1) is 3-for-4 at Turfway. He ended a 7-race skid when dueling from the outside post and winning a local allowance event as the favorite at this distance on Dec. 5. He drew outside the other speed.
#3 Where Ya At Vince (3-1) was claimed by Larry Rivelli for $25k last February and he returned from a layoff of 10+ months and wired the field in a local optional-claiming event at 6f in December. The 2-time local winner should be right up on the pace.
#4 Dive Bomber (3-1) won three dirt sprints last year and this is his first start on all-weather ground. He might work out the right stalking trip if he handles synthetic ground.
#2 The Great Oz (5-1) wired the field in his last two all-weather sprints at Woodbine, but he was disqualified and placed second on Nov. 14. Joe Sharp is his new trainer and he should be right up on the pace.
