#7 Somerset West (7-5) was an okay fourth in her 6T bow for 21% turf sprint trainer John Sadler. She was 3-1 second time out and she stalked, led, and missed by a half-length in a clear runner-up finish at 6.5T April 4. Antonio Fresu stays put and he wins races with this outfit.
#6 Silkie Sevei (7-2) finished a clear 2nd of 15 in a 6T affair in Ireland (September 2025). Phil D’Amato took over as her trainer and she was fourth in a local 6.5T affair Feb. 1, and she ran on for the show April 4 (Somerset West 2nd). Juan Hernandez knows her now and this is her third start off the bench.
#3 Ou La La (5-1) was 7-2 in her 6T bow and she stalked the pace and landed the place. Richard Mandella’s $400k filly sports three local moves since her debut and Emisael Jaramillo stays put.
#4 Tiz Alluring (6-1) is a Kantharos FTS and he is a solid 13% with first turf runners, and Baltas is a profitable 13% with debut turf runners. Hector Berrios is a quality turf rider and she drilled a 5f bullet at San Luis Rey April 1.
