#5 Lady Rose (5-2) stalked wide and graduated by 5+ lengths from the outside post second time out last fall. She returned from a layoff of 5+ months and pressed and missed by a head at one mile May 14 (first lasix). Linda Rice’s upstart filly cuts back a furlong and projects a stalking trip.
#6 Dee’s On Dow (10-1) and #8 L’Eclair (5-1) were separated by a neck when finishing 1-2 in a similar 6f affair at MTH May 10. That was a 3-horse field. The former should impact the pace and the latter graduated at AQU and projects an outside stalking trip.
