Horse Comments:
#4 Keepsake Box (3-1) is 0-for-5 with zero top three finishes and her best two numbers were earned on turf. She stretches back out and returns to turf, and Rasheed Hughes stays put and he is 5-for-20 with Saffie Joseph, Jr. She drilled a half-mile bullet for this June 26 and dam has produced six winners from nine starters (2 turf winners – 4 stakes winners).
#6 Warrior Sophie (7-2) stretches back out and returns to turf. The $450k Justify filly should attend the pace for +ROI sprint to route trainer David Fawkes.
#9 Elenique (2-1) hit the board in five of seven starts and was the beaten favorite four times. She rallied for the show at 7.5T May 9 and fired a half-mile bullet for this July 5. Her new rider Diego Herrera is 21% at GP and Patrick Biancone is a profitable 22% with this type of layoff runner.
#3 Curly Sue (6-1) adds lasix, removes blinkers, and switches surfaces. She set the pace and landed the place in her extended sprint bow, and was last of 5 in the slop when last seen November 2025. The $350k Curlin filly is bred to go this far and dam has tossed a turf winner.
