#9 Motet (2-1) was part of the trifecta in her last four claiming turf routes. She rallied to win a $25k/2L affair at this distance July 23 and Miller claimed her that day. She stalked the pace and finished 3rd of 10 in a $32k claiming turf route at DMR Sept. 3. This is her third start off a short layoff and Berrios got to know her last time.
#6 Eternal Reign (7-2) is an underachiever for D’Amato. She is 2-for-17 with five runner-up finishes and four show finishes. She won her first start in this country (December 2024), dropped her next eight starts, and won for the second time in April. She lost her last three outings and shows up in a restricted claimer.
#1 With Love (9-2) finished in the top three in 4 of her last 6 starts. She won a local $25k/2L turf route in February, and she was 3rd and 5th in her last pair. This is her third start off a layoff and she should be competitive in this restricted claimer.
#10 Wildfire Princess (8-1) should be forwardly placed from the outside. Hernandez is 2-for-6 with Hess Jr., and this pilot guided her home at this course and distance in May.
