#10 Known Idea (2-1) fired trifecta shots in all five starts since George Papaprodromou claimed him for $20k in March. He won a turf route in July, captured a dirt sprint as the favorite in September, and took another turf route as the chalk Oct. 4. Juan Hernandez sticks with him and he figures to track the pace from the outside post.
#9 Regal Patriot (3-1) is a 10-for-22 win type. O’Neill claimed him for $25k Aug. 8, and he smartly scored for his new connections in a $32k claimer Aug. 30. He should be right up on the pace under his winning rider Emisael Jaramillo.
#2 Code Duello (6-1) was part of the trifecta in eight of his nine starts this year (3 wins). He ran well in all three 5T attempts at DMR earlier this summer and Jesus Uranga claimed him for $32k Aug. 30.
#1 Enterdadragon (10-1) broke slow from the outside post and finished a respectable 5th of 9 at 5T Aug. 9 (beaten 2.5 lengths). Mike Puype claimed him for $25k last time and Umberto Rispoli takes the call, and he should save ground behind the speed. He ran well in a trio of local turf sprints earlier this year.
