#3 Utopia Rose (3-1) stalked and scored by a half-length in a Clm-80k dirt route at TAM April 8 and Juan Arriagada claimed her that day. She went last-to-first in a starter optional-claiming dirt route for her new trainer in another dirt route at TAM May 2. This barn is 28% with dirt/synthetic runners and she is a logical contender if she handles all-weather footing.
#7 Starship Belmont (7-1) makes her first start since October 2025 and Brandon Kulp re-claimed her last time and he is 24% with this type of layoff runner. The 4-time local winner should impact the pace.
#5 Mi Amore (4-1) was part of the trifecta in her last four dirt starts at TAM. She handles all-weather ground (14 4-1-3) and stretches back out and is versatile.
#8 Naughty Favors (7-2) has been running on turf recently at TAM and Kevin Rice is a profitable 20% with turf/synthetic starters. The 2-time local winner will probably attend the pace from the outside post.
