Fast main track and firm turf course. One front running winner at one mile on dirt. On the turf course, a 4-1 closer won the 5f opener, a front running favorite tallied at 5f, a 4-1 midpack stalker scored at one mile, and a 5-2 stalker earned his diploma in the 8.5f finale (rail at 30 feet).

Antonio Fresu (routes) and Umberto Rispoli (turf sprints) both booted home a pair. Mark Glatt and John Sadler both saddled two winners.

Mabee (G2) at 9f, and a stalking favorite captured the meet finale at 8.5f.
